Andy Turner is the former Managing Editor of the Antitrust, Banking, & IP group at Wolters Kluwer. Andy manages products in federal and state banking, consumer credit and secured transactions, as well as contributing to the Banking and Finance Law Daily. He also contributed to Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act: Law, Explanation and Analysis and Financial Services Modernization—Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999: Law and Explanation.
Andy has a B.A. from Rutgers University and graduated magna cum laude from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
