Tom Wolfe is a Writer-Analyst with the Banking group at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions. Tom not only is an integral member of the editorial team for the Consumer Credit Guide and the Multistate Guide to Insurance Premium Financing, he also regularly contributes to the Banking and Finance Law Daily. Tom contributed to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act—Law, Explanation, and Analysis and to the launching of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Reporter. In addition, he has contributed to the development of several Consumer Credit Topics Smart Charts.
Tom received his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago Law School and his bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College. Tom is a member of the Illinois bar, and is a member of the American, Illinois State, and Chicago Bar Associations.
