Lisa Goolik is the Managing Editor of the Antitrust, Banking, & IP practice areas at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions. Lisa edits the Secured Transactions Guide and contributes to the Banking and Finance Law Daily. She also contributed to Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act: Law, Explanation and Analysis and to the Dodd-Frank Manual Series Title III: Depository Institutions.
Lisa has a B.S.C. in Marketing from DePaul University and graduated magna cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Lisa is a member of the Illinois bar.
